TWD – Organizational Change

TWD Organizational Change (MT) & Leadership Journey (2023 - ongoing).

 

TWD is a Rotterdam based technical organization, specialized in Temporary Hydraulic Offshore Design Solutions. It’s a mid size company, growing explosively. To be able to support this growth in a healthy way, maintaining its culture of freedom, creativity and authenticity, the board hired Unleash to help them grow in a sustainable way.

 

Unleash started with the Board and Management Team. They spent two days to explore themselves first, with their own life stories, characteristics and talents. They soon realized that they have to be a strong leadership team to set the tone. First we made sure that they were set up in the right way with clear roles. They also looked at their leadership style and the message this sends to the rest of the organization. They changed their set-up, procedures and habits to form a stronger team. They also got feedback in order to improve their leadership styles and become clearer, more vulnerable and more approachable.

 

At the same time, we started with a leadership track for the top layer of managers, to help them play their roles in an effective and impactfull way. By getting to know each other deeply, understanding their position and roles, getting more flexibility in their leadership styles and working more closely with the Management Team, the organization is learning how to grow in a responsible manner, adopting a new way of working, communicating better and inspiring each other.

The programs of the Management Team and Managers are intertwined in a way that they grow in line with each other and allign on their vision on leadership and the future of TWD.
