Gemeente Rotterdam – Leiderschap aan de Maas (start 2024, 4 groups a year)

Gemeente Rotterdam has started a cooperation with Unleash to develop their team leaders. The journey starts in the city, where participants meet inspiring citizens of Rotterdam, people who give their hearts and souls for the city with successfull initiatives. They learn that real change requires connecting, observing what’s going on and listening to people involved. With these insights they can inspire their teams, co-create real solutions together and invite them to take more initiative.

The first groups have made an enormous impact. The city has come alive and showed team leaders how to make a difference for citizens. They learned how to develop their own leadership style, how to break with old patterns and how to navigate and influence their context. The type of leaders that Rotterdam needs.
