Rabobank FEC – Teamleads Leadership Program

Rabobank - Team Lead & Managers Program (2020 – ongoing, 10 groups a year)

After guiding multiple groups of tribe leads and middle managers through an extensive leadership program of 8 months successfully for 3 years, Unleash embarked on a new journey, this time in the domain of FEC (Financial Economic Crime). Since a few years, this domain is growing explosively, so managers and teamleads have to learn how to navigate in this rapid growth. Every year, 10 to 12 groups start this journey. They learn how to lead using their talents and not fall back in old habits. Furthermore, they learn how to read internal dynamics and take their time to tackle the proper underlying issues, and not work mindlessly on less important things. Another topic is ‘teamwork’; how to help their team to develop in a safe way, where they feel free to speak up and give feedback. Coaching and delegating are powerfull tools for this.

Unleash created a unique set up for this program, to make sure that the learnings of participants are solidly anchored in their behavior for the rest of their careers.

We do this by creating Homegroups, where participants can explore their leadership in an open and safe way, and then meet halfway the program with three other groups in a full day Basecamp, to create a stronger movement. Also, the managers of participants are included in the program, to give cover and further support and stimulate the development of the participants. Furthermore, participants created Fieldlabs, where they studied and simplified some processes, that exceeded their own responsibility, but benefited all.
