SRA – Transforming into Self organizing

SRA – Organizational Change into Self Organizing (2020 – ongoing).

2020 was an eventfull year for SRA. They were moving to a new, open building and also wanted to change into a more open type of organization. From a hierarchical structure SRA wanted to change in an organization where people from all over the company work together for the best interest of their clients. Unleash was invited as partner for this immense organizational shift.

By means of a Nigtmare Competitor workshop with the Board and Managers, and visits to organizations already organized in a similar way, a new organization was drafted and implemented. In different sessions for seperate teams, and sessions for all employees together, everyone was involved to help create this new reality. Internal  team coaches were assigned to help steer the organization into this new direction. In a few years, SRA transformed in an organization where people take initiative, cooperate well and give each other feedback. A self organizing organization to be proud of.
