Connex – Navigating Growth (2021 – ongoing).
Going from start-up to scale-up, Connex leaders wanted to make sure to grow in a sustainable way, by maintaining its ‘family style’ culture, creating and reshaping roles, dividing responsibilities in an even and responsible way and creating a culture of trust and playfullness.
Unleash was asked to facilitate the Management Team in cooperation and giving the right leadership example to the rest of the organization. They are still faciltated a couple of days each year to smoothen their relationship, give each other feedback and discuss how to lead the organization forward.
There’s also a Spring and Late Summer Festival for the whole organization – now around 25 employees strong – to share their thoughts and feelings on the way they work together. They experience in these session how to position themselves and take responsibility for their own role. All employees are coached as well, in order to find their authentic leadership and increase their impact in the team.
In 2024, Connex had grown to a group of 35 employees so the board decided to engage in a new leadership journey for all the different teams, including the MT and BoD.
