Schiphol Group – Destination You!
Eversince 2012, we work with leaders in the Schiphol Group in a leadership program, Destination You! – formerly known as TDP. Over the years, the program has been transformed into a true journey, over a period of 9 months. It consists of three Flights (modules) of three days.
Gemeente Rotterdam Leiderschap aan de Maas
Gemeente Rotterdam has started a cooperation with Unleash to develop their team leaders. The journey starts in the city, where participants meet inspiring citizens of Rotterdam, people who give their hearts and souls for the city with successfull initiatives.
Rabobank Wholesale
In 2021, Unleash helped the entire Wholesale Management Team (20 participants) to develop a more cooperative way of working, to serve the planet and society, in line with the ’Growing a Better World Together’ Rabobank mission.
TWD – Organizational Change
TWD is a Rotterdam based technical organization, specialized in Temporary Hydraulic Offshore Design Solutions. It’s a mid size company, growing explosively. To be able to support this growth in a healthy way, maintaining its culture of freedom, creativity and authenticity, the board hired Unleash to help them grow in a sustainable way.
Valkenhof - Futureproof Care MT Development Program
In 2022, Unleash was approached by the Board of Valkenhof to help them bring more humanity back in their Retirement Homes. It was their personal dream to transform their organization and fight back procedures and old habits that are not in the clients best interest.
Fairtrade – Global Leadership Program
This Unleash program helped the CEO’s of Fairtrade International to overcome cultural differences, gain mutual trust and co-create solutions for tough problems in a fast changing world. In their Global Meetings we facilitated a Culture Game, a Global Challenge and World Cafe’s to move beyond content, from discussion to generative dialogue.
Rabobank FEC – Teamleads Leadership Program
After guiding multiple groups of tribe leads and middle managers through an extensive leadership program of 8 months successfully for 3 years, Unleash embarked on a new journey, this time in the domain of FEC (Financial Economic Crime).
Connex – Navigating Growth
Going from start-up to scale-up, Connex leaders wanted to make sure to grow in a sustainable way, by maintaining its ‘family style’ culture, creating and reshaping roles, dividing responsibilities in an even and responsible way and creating a culture of trust and playfullness.
Quooker - Young Professional Program
Every year - starting in 2021 - a group of young leaders at Quooker, embark on their leadership journey with Unleash. The journey starts with a TMA assessment and intake and then consists of four tracks of two days each.
Standby Homecare - Rebuilding a 'yes we can' culture
Standby is a unique family owned company that takes care of elderly people in a way that really puts the client in the center, not procedures.
SRA – Transforming into Self organizing
2020 was an eventfull year for SRA. They were moving to a new, open building and also wanted to change into a more open type of organization.
