Rabobank Wholesale – Leading the Cooperative of the Future (2021-2022).

In 2021, Unleash helped the entire Wholesale Management Team (20 participants) to develop a more cooperative way of working, to serve the planet and society, in line with the ’Growing a Better World Together’ Rabobank mission. We facilitated five 24-hours sessions in the course of 10 months, taking place at sustainable organizations like ‘de Verspillingsfabriek’ and ‘Heilige Boontjes’. We kicked of with a – for the occasion developed - theater piece about the life of mr. Raiffeissen, the founder of Rabobank. The journey then went inwards, to explore what it means to be a cooperative banker. We explored challenges and opportunities for clients by means of Disney Creativity Rooms, an interactive and creative full day workshop. The last 24-hours took place in nature in yurts, with a long inspirational solo walk, so everyone could slow down and let the new way of working evolve naturally. A journey that touched the hearts and minds of the entire team and changed the way they work permanently.
