Standby Homecare - Re-building a 'yes we can' culture

Standby Homecare – building a ‘yes we can’ culture (2022 – 2023).

 

Standby is a unique family owned company that takes care of elderly people in a way that really puts the client in the center, not procedures. After some years of steady growth, the organization suddenly exploded in 2021, putting a lot of strain on the organization and its culture. Unleash was invited to help guide the organization into the future.

 

We first organized a day for the whole organization, revisiting the roots of Standby, and looking forward to the future. It soon became clear that the initial mission of Standby was slowly dissapearing, and needed a boost. This insight had a huge imoact on the intakes of clients (first say ‘yes’, then find a way), hiring and training of Standby employees and on cooperation with stakeholders.

 

Furthermore, we facilitated some sessions with the Management Team - by means of constellations, dialogue and feedback session – in order to improve their cooperation and impact on the live of their clients.
