Quooker – Young Professional Program (2021 – ongoing, new group every year)

Every year - starting in 2021 - a group of young leaders at Quooker, embark on their leadership journey with Unleash. The journey starts with a TMA assessment and intake and then consists of four tracks of two days each. The young Quooker leaders learn who they are, where they hold themselves back, how to lead their team and how to navigate in a fast growing technical organization, maintaining the Quooker culture. Their managers are heavily involved in their development. In the end, the participants organize a festival for their managers and the Management Team, to share their learnings, about themselves, but also about Quooker. All participants have an outtake with HR and their manager, to further strengthen the development of participants.

Every group keeps organizing new sessions after their journey has officially finished. Developing never stops!
